I spent a couple of hours photographing at Mission La Purisima in February of 2020, even though I never made it out of the Sacristy room. (Sacristy is the room where Catholic priests would get ready for their sermons). I captured a number of images in there, but for some reason this photograph says something to me. Perhaps it is the tones, or maybe because this image makes me imagine life in a simpler time. Photograph captured on a 4x5 view camera and using Ilford FP4+ B&W film. It is printed on Ilford Multigrade Fiber Based paper and window matted in cotton rag mat board.
